He is a passionate advocate for inclusion and diversity and a grass roots activist. Similar to me, he has chaired Black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) employee staff networks and lead on various diversity initiatives in the workplace. Rodney also ranked alongside me as #2 on EMpower's Future Leader List 2020.

He is also a charity trustee and mentor to young people.

Jerome is a Senior Management Consultant, within the FS sector. He is passionate about diversity and inclusion, founding and chairing his company BAME network with notable recognition from EMpower #72 role model 2020. Jerome and I have worked together to organise events.
