Congratulations! I would encourage you to monitor industry/company news so you can have interesting coversations with your colleagues when you start, meet people at the firm if you can beforehand and brush up on useful technical skills such as Excel and PowerPoint. But most importantly, believe in yourself and your ability and be extra keen to listen and learn!

It really depends on what stage you are at but my main piece of advice is to be consistent - deliver an authentic message consistently. If you are truly being yourself you will attract the right kind of audience and it won't feel forced or uncomfortable.
